小轮车(Bicycle Motocross)简称BMX，是一种车轮直径为20英寸的自行车，因其轮胎比较粗而且比赛赛道与越野摩托车所用的赛道十分相似而得名。BMX是“会飞”的自行车运动，受到许多年轻人的喜爱。运动员在骑行过程中能做出各类创意花式动作、优美的身体律动，它也是极少数适合少儿发育的“全身运动”。

弗雷德里克·摩尔（Frederic Moal）来自法国，他的朋友们都亲切地叫他”老法“。他是一名专业的小轮车运动员，曾获2009年World Indoor Cup冠军、BMX（小轮车）法国锦标赛亚军、2009年BMX欧洲锦标赛亚军等。来到中国后，他结识了贵州女孩张婧，因为爱情他跟随张婧来到贵州，成为了一名“贵州洋女婿”。
Frederic Moal, is from France, and his friends used to call him Fa. He is a professional BMX athlete and has won the 2009 World Indoor Cup champion, the runner-up of the BMX French Championship, and the runner-up of the 2009 BMX European Championship. After coming to China, he met Zhang Jing, a girl from Guizhou. He followed her to Guizhou and became a foreign Guizhou son-in-law because of love.
2023年2月17日，由法国商务投资署、成都中法生态园管理委员会联合主办的“首届中法体育日暨2023蓉欧产业对话体育论坛”在东安湖畔文化艺术中心的中法合作馆隆重举行。老法受邀前往参会并与14名中法体育界专家代表做圆桌讨论。
On February 17, 2023, the first French Sports Day, the Chengdu-Europe Industrial Dialogue Sports Forum was grandly held in Chengdu Sino-French Cooperation Hall, the Culture and Art Center, Dongan Lake was co-sponsored by Business France and Chengdu Sino-French EcoPark. Fa was invited to participate in the meeting and had a round table discussion with 14 representatives of Chinese and French sports experts.

为充分利用自然资源禀赋，让山地户外运动在贵州“热”起来，也为迎接粤港澳共同承办2025年的全运会，贵州省将创建小轮车队，老法将担任总教练。
In order to make full use of the natural resources and make mountain outdoor sports popular in Guizhou, and to welcome Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau to jointly host the National Games in 2025, Guizhou Province will establish a BMX team, and Fa will serve as the head coach.
