苕汤圆
Shao Tangyuan
苕汤圆是一种来自遵义赤水河畔的独特小吃。
Shao Tangyuan is a unique snack from the banks of the Chishui River in Zunyi.
通常选择本地的优质红苕淀粉、红薯泥、鲜肉、香菇、竹笋、小葱等作为原料。
Selecting local high-quality sweet potato starch, sweet potato puree, fresh meat, mushroom, bamboo shoots, green onions and so on, as raw materials.
苕汤圆煮熟后,会加入红油、小葱和折耳根调味。
After the Shao Tangyuan is cooked, season it with red oil, green onions and Zheergen.
鸡肉汤圆
Chicken Tangyuan
鸡肉汤圆是来自贵州兴义的独特汤圆种类。
Chicken Tangyuan is a unique type of Tangyuan from Xingyi, Guizhou.
馅料由鸡肉和少量猪肉组成,汤圆泡在鸡汤里,味道更上一层楼
The filling consists of chicken and a tiny amount of pork. Soaked in chicken soup, the Tangyuan is elevated in its flavor.
毕节汤圆
Bijie Tangyuan
不同于其他地方的汤圆,毕节的汤圆是三角形的。
Unlike Tangyuan elsewhere, Bijie Tangyuan is triangular.
洗沙、蜜枣、引子(苏麻子)、冰糖等很多东西都可以作为馅料。
Many things like Xisha, honey Chinese dates, Yinzi, rock sugar can be used as fillings.
不同的馅料带来了各种各样的味道。
Different fillings bring a wide variety of flavors.
