2023年9月24日，2023-24米兰春夏时装周“中国苗·艺术展”将在意大利米兰ALAZZO CLERICI VIA CLERICI,5宴会厅举办。此次展览将展出具有代表性的贵州苗绣服饰作品，包括苗绣服饰、苗绣配饰等。这些苗绣作品具有繁复精美的图案和细腻的手工绣制工艺，蕴含着贵州苗绣源远流长的文化内涵和独特的艺术形式。

On September 24, 2023, the "Chinese Miao-Art Exhibition" will be held during the 2023-24 Milan Spring/Summer Fashion Week at Ballroom 5, ALAZZO CLERICI VIA CLERICI, Milan, Italy. The exhibition will showcase representative works of Miao embroidery costumes from Guizhou province, including intricate Miao embroidery garments and accessories.These Miao embroidery works showcase intricate and exquisite patterns, as well as demonstrate the exceptional hand-embroidery techniques that encapsulate the cultural significance and distinctive art form of Guizhou Miao embroidery historical heritage.

贵州是中国苗族的主要聚居地之一，具有众多的支系，各支系苗绣风格各自不同。贵州苗绣艺术经过世世代代传承创造，以多变的造型和艳丽的色彩，给人强烈的视觉冲击力和丰富的装饰意味著称，最终形成了丰富多彩的、鲜明的、独特的艺术审美风格。

Guizhou is renowned as one of the primary regions inhabited by the Miao ethnic group in China, boasting numerous subgroups, each showcasing a distinct style of Miao embroidery. Through generations of inheritance and innovation, Guizhou's Miao embroidery art has gained acclaim for its dynamic forms and resplendent hues, powerful visual impact and imbued with profound decorative symbolism. Ultimately, it has evolved into a vibrant, luminous, and unparalleled artistic aesthetic.

当前，通过中国政府大力倡导的非物质文化遗产保护工作，贵州苗绣得到了很好的传承和保护，省内现有苗绣相关的国家级非遗代表性项目17处、省级54处。苗绣相关的国家级非遗代表性传承人7名、省级47名。许多传承人得到了政府的帮助，贵州省文化和旅游厅持续推动苗绣非遗工坊建设，培训年轻人刺绣手艺，并设计和生产苗族文化创意产品进行销售。

Currently, thanks to the vigorous promotion of intangible cultural heritage protection by the Chinese government, Guizhou Miao embroidery has been effectively preserved and safeguarded. The province boasts 17 national representative projects related to Miao embroidery as part of its intangible cultural heritage, along with 54 provincial projects. At the national level, there are 7 recognized inheritors of Miao embroidery-related intangible cultural heritage, while at the provincial level there are 47 such inheritors. Numerous beneficiaries have received governmental support in this regard. Moreover, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism is actively advancing the establishment of workshops dedicated to preserving Miao embroidery's intangible cultural heritage, providing training opportunities for young individuals in embroidery skills and fostering the design and production of creative products that showcase Miao culture for commercial purposes.

此外，贵州省文化和旅游厅还依托于互联网和数字化技术，实施苗绣非遗传承人数字化记录，建立苗绣数字档案，开展苗绣项目数字化保护试点。

Additionally, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism leverages internet and digital technology to implement digitized records of non-genetic inheritors of Miao embroidery, establish digital archives for Miao pilot projects for digitally safeguarding Miao embroidery.

贵州省文化和旅游厅与贵州广播电视台联合制作的苗绣系列微型纪录片《叙非遗·寻找记忆》（共6集），就是数字化的成果之一，将于此次米兰时装周上放映。

The micro documentary series 'Exploring Guizhou: Intangible Cultural Heritage', consisting of 6 episodes, is a collaborative production by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and Guizhou Radio and Television Station. It showcases Miao embroidery as part of the digitalization efforts and will be presented at Milan Fashion Week.
