侗族大歌，是贵州省黔东南黎平、从江和榕江侗族聚居区重要的文化名片之一。

The Grand Song of the Dong, It is one of the most important cultural treasure of the Dong who lives in the southeast of Guizhou Province.

1986年它登上了巴黎秋季艺术节的舞台，2006年入选国家级非物质文化遗产名录，2009年入选联合国人类非物质文化遗产名录。

In 1986, The Grand Song of the Dong appeared on the stage of Autumn Art Festival of Paris. In 2006, it was selected in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List. And it was included in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2009.

与平日里歌曲不同，它是一种无伴奏、无指挥的多声部合唱，可以歌唱生活，也可以用最逼真的表现展示大自然的美妙。比如《蝉之歌》，经歌手之口，就能将春婵的叫声展现的淋漓尽致。

Different from those ordinary songs, the Grand Song of the Dong is a polyphonic chorus without accompaniments and commands. The contents of the song can be a story of life or an ode showing the beauty of nature. For example, "The Song of the Cicada" can shows the chirping of cicada most vividly by the singers’ voice.

走进生活

小黄村位于黔东南从江县。在这里，大家都非常喜欢歌唱，并把歌唱作为生活的一部分。

Xiaohuang Village is located in Congjiang County, Guizhou Province. Here, everyone loves singing very much and makes it a part of life.

在小黄村，每个年龄段都有自己的同龄歌队，母亲是孩子的第一位歌师，会教孩子唱第一首侗歌。

In the village, villagers in different ages always establish their own singing team. Mother naturally becomes the first teacher for children to teach them the first songs.

侗族人以歌叙事、以歌传情。从儿童歌队到青年歌队再到老年歌队，一生当中，唱歌如影随形，填满日常生活的每个角度。

The Dong people always narrate and express with their songs. From young to old, villagers sing the songs all the time. Music has been an important aspect of their daily life .

为什么侗族人如此喜欢唱歌？

因为他们在丰衣足食的基础上始终追求着朴实的幸福和快乐；

因为他们热爱自然，用歌声的方式去歌颂大自然的壮美，表达对大自然的敬畏；

天籁之音

最真挚感人的侗族大歌往往在月上柳梢头、人约黄昏后的侗寨里、鼓楼边。

The most sincere and impressive Dong songs are always by the side of the drum tower in the moonlight.

身着的亮布盛装在金秋的余晖下闪闪发亮，银饰碰撞叮当作响，为侗族大歌悠长的和音进行完美伴奏。

The young people were dressed in the shining splendid attire during the golden autumn, and the silver ornaments on the attire clink clearly, which became perfect accompaniments for the long harmony of the Grand Song of the Dong.
