我注意到，代表们对贵州省的营商环境非常关注。《政府工作报告》同样也提到了，贵州将会持续优化营商环境，让良好营商环境成为贵州融入新发展格局的核心竞争力。明确的措施包括全力打造“贵人服务”品牌、营造更好的法治环境、营造更好的社会环境等。让我们来听听代表怎么说吧！

I noticed that the delegations are very concerned about Guizhou’s business environment. The government report of this year has also indicated that Guizhou will optimize business environment and let it become the core competitiveness when Guizhou integrating into the new development pattern. The specific measures include creating the Guiren service brand、a better legal environment and a better social environment.

我们分组讨论当中，主要是探讨了持续优化营商环境。这次报告里面提到落实好我们新一轮国家的组合式减税降费和减租降息，包括普惠金融等等纾困政策，对一些中小微企业帮助特别大，让企业走出困境，这是对企业的一个很好的鼓励。

In our panel discussion, we mainly talked about optimizing business environment continuously. The government report refers to the new round of combined tax and fee reduction, rent and interest reduction，the inclusive finance, etc. For some small, medium and micro enterprises, it is a huge encouragement for them to get out of trouble.
